Ranking Task: Stellar Luminosity

This ranking task presents icons representing stars and asks the student to rank them in order of luminosity. Increasing or decreasing is randomly specified. The radius and surface temperature of the stars are given in solar units. Five of 11 combinations of radius and temperature are selected: both values are either 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0. The actual luminosities are shown in feedback mode.
